April 1st, , So Ive haD A M77 MK II FOR A WHILE NOW I shoot a feathered black things at 3- and have no problems SOmwbody haS TO MAKE ONE DONT THEY Ruger gave me all the names of the stock compamies DUH I had those I loved the 26" medium weight barrel the controlled feed and the adjustable trigger on it, but hated the heavy and very wide fore end stock that was on it as I use it in the field, not off a bench.

The grey stock also complimented the finish on my stainless 77 MK II VT. Lately I've obtained prone and match stocks from Master Class as they can do most styles in wood or composites and they can add various rails and adjustable cheekpieces and butt plates to your specifications.

It's a semi-custom operation so they can fit almost anything, but it will take them a couple months to get yours done they only ask you to send it when they are about a week out and turn around time is weeks. Master Class McMillan also offers a wide range of stock options including tactical stocks and their A2, A5, Adjustable A, and M40A-1 HTG stocks fill fit a 77 Mk II.
